Depiction of areas in Wisconsin that should be eligible for funding from the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin's Broadband Expansion ARPA-Funded Grant round for Fiscal Year 2021. To qualify for grant eligibility, areas have to have no internet service options offering wireline-based internet connection speeds equal or greater than 25 mbps download and 3 mbps upload based on coverage data available from no later than December 31, 2020. Due to data limitations, areas lacking access may have occurred outside the mapped areas.
